Policies

Refund Policy: All sales are final. In the event that a product was delivered damaged, the customer is entitled to an exchange.

Exchange Policy: If a purchased product is delivered damaged, the customer must notify PecanOutlet.com's customer service team. Once customer service has been notified, the damaged product will be returned (at the expense of PecanOutlet.com) and a replacement will be shipped to the customer.

Cancellation Policy: In order to successfully cancel an order, the order must be cancelled before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, the sale is final.

Shipping/Delivery Policy: All products purchased will be shipped on Monday or Thursday depending on the time the order was placed. All products will be delivered by UPS in accordance with the customers shipping method choice.
